Win a Healthy Cooking Set

  1. Open to UK, CI and IoM residents and BFPO aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Dairy Crest and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. There will be 13 prize draws. The closing dates for the prize draws are 23.59 on the 17, 24 and 31 January, 7, 14, 21 and 28 February, 7, 14, 21 and 28 March, 4 and 11 April 2010. Each prize draw will take place within 48 hours after the closing date. All entries must be received by the final closing date, which is 11.04.10. The Promoter reserves the right to revise these dates and extend the periods for accepting the entries to the prize draws.
  3. One entry will be drawn at random by an independent person in each prize draw who will win: 1 Tefal Vitacuisine Compact Steamer, 1 George Foreman 13589 Grill/Griddle and 1 Kenwood FP250 Metal Food Processor.
  4. The prizes will arrive together and will be delivered by the suppliers.
  5. The prizes are as stated and there is no cash alternative.
  6. This promotion is available on packs of Clover Lighter 500g with promotional coverleaves, while stocks last.
  7. To enter, go online at www.cloverfamily.co.uk and follow the instructions to enter your 14-digit pack code. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
  8. The 14-digit code can be found on the lid of the pack of Clover Lighter and is made up of the date and pack number.
  9. You can also enter by post. Please send entries on a plain piece of paper with your pack code, your name, address and contact telephone number, to Clover Lighter 500g Competition, PO Box 151, Ludlow SY8 9BE. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost in the post.
  10. Purchase is necessary for residents of England, Wales, Scotland, IoM, CI and BFPO. Purchase is not necessary for residents of Northern Ireland. To enter the prize draw, residents of Northern Ireland can send an email with their name, address and telephone number to Clover@madabouthandling.com. Northern Ireland entries without purchase are limited to one per household per week.
  11. Each pack number (Clover Lighter 500g 14-digits) can be used up to ten times with the same personal details (e.g. name and address). The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries. Third party and bulk entries are not allowed and will not be counted.
  12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.cloverfamily.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
  13. Winners will be notified by email or if entered by post, will be contacted by telephone or in writing within 14 days of the close of each draw. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, however, if the prize is not claimed within these 28 days the winner will forfeit their right to the prize.
  14. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the main prize draw and weekly draws. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.
  17. The winners agree to their names and counties being posted on the website www.cloverfamily.co.uk. The names and counties of the winners will also be available after the closing date by sending a SAE to Winners of Clover Lighter 500g Competition, 185 Park Street, London, SE1 9DY.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draws at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
  19. The entry instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  20. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
