Terms and conditions

  1. Open to UK, CI and IoM residents and BFPO aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Dairy Crest and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. There will be four prize draws and one entry will be drawn at random in each draw who will win a Smeg fridge and £100 worth of groceries. 
  3. The closing dates for the monthly prize draws are 23.59 on the 15th October, 15th November, 15th December 2009 and 31st January 2010. Each draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date.  All entries must be received by the final closing date, which is 31.01.10. The Promoter reserves the right to revise these dates and extend the periods for accepting the entries to the prize draws.
  4. Each prize contains: 1 Smeg fridge (worth £969.45) and £100 worth of groceries. Due to seasonal variations, the £100 worth of groceries is subject to change.
  5. The Smeg fridge and £100 worth of groceries will arrive separately, at times convenient to the winners.  The Smeg fridge will be delivered by the suppliers and the £100 worth of groceries will be delivered through milk&more. If milk&more does not deliver to the winner’s address, it will be provided by an alternative supplier.
  6. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
  7. This promotion is available on packs of Clover (500g and 1kg) and Clover Lighter (500g) with promotional coverleaves, while stocks last.
  8. To enter, go online at www.cloverfamily.co.uk and follow the instructions to enter your pack code (16 digits for Clover 500g & 1kg, 14 digits for Clover Lighter 500g). Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
  9. On Clover (500g & 1kg) the 16 digit number can be found on the lid of the pack of Clover and is made up of the date and pack code. On Clover Lighter (500g) packs, the 14 digit number can be found on the lid of the pack of Clover Lighter and is made up of the date and pack code.
  10. You can also enter by post. Please send entries on a plain piece of paper with your pack code, your name, address and contact telephone number, to Win a SMEG Fridge, PO Box 151, Ludlow SY8 9BE. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost in the post.
  11. Purchase is necessary for residents of England, Wales, Scotland, IoM, CI and BFPO. Purchase is not necessary for residents of Northern Ireland. To enter the prize draw, residents of Northern Ireland can send an email with their name, address and telephone number to Clover@madabouthandling.com.  Northern Ireland entries without purchase are limited to one per household per week.
  12. Each pack number (Clover 500g & 1kg 16 digits and Clover Lighter 500g 14 digits) can be used up to ten times with the same personal details (e.g. name and address). The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries.  Third party and bulk entries are not allowed.
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.cloverfamily.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
  14. All draws will be made by an independent person. Winners will be notified by email or if entered by post, will be contacted by telephone or in writing within 14 days of the close of each draw.
  15. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the main prize draw and weekly draws. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.
  18. The winners agree to their names and counties being posted on the website www.cloverfamily.co.uk and will also be available after the closing date by sending an SAE to Winners of SMEG Fridge, 185 Park Street, London, SE1 9DY.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draws at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
  20. The entry instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  21. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
  22. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.
