Sometimes, chocolate is the only answer, and no substitute will do. Everyone understands that. But there are other sweet treats that you can enjoy, the life in the middle way.
Next time you’re baking, use Clover Lighter instead of butter or oil. You’ll get all the taste with less fat.
If you love creamy, chocolatey desserts, try melting two squares of dark chocolate in the microwave and stir it into a small tub of thick and creamy fat-free plain yoghurt. Add some chopped strawberries for extra flavour.
