Next time you’re whipping up some delicious Italian food, why not make your own garlic bread? Infused with tasty Clover, this classic starter takes just minutes to prepare.

Preheat your oven to 400°F/200°C/gas mark 6. Now take 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves and mix into 100g of Clover.

Make diagonal slices in your baguette (without cutting right through), smear the garlic butter between slices, foil it up and bake for 10 minutes. Delicious!

Treat yourself, the lighter way

When was the last time you had scones with your tea? Next time you do, add some Clover Lighter before you reach for the jam.

Or you can make your very own Brandy Butter. Simply beat 75g of muscovado sugar with 100g of Clover Lighter until it’s light and fluffy. Then add 4tbsp of brandy or less, to taste. The perfect addition to any pudding.
